Legal Researcher

- Research topics such as domestic and international tax enactments and regulations, business laws, other domestic laws and jurisprudences and undertakes relevant training/seminars/study to improve such knowledge
- Preparing memos, reports, and other written materials summarizing research findings
- Conducting interviews with government personnel and other individuals who may have knowledge of relevant issues
- Maintaining a database of legal research materials for use by the firm
- Monitor due dates and deliverables of the Tax and Advisory Group (TAG)
- Assist the Group Head of TAG with organizing schedules and meetings to ensure that there are no conflicts and overlapping schedules
- Perform other administrative works

- Graduate of Legal Research/ Legal Management/Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Law Student
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Exhibits strong work ethics
- Prior experience in supporting C-Level Executives is an added advantage
- Willing to learn and grow
