Talent Acquisition Consultant

We are hiring!!

AMS Manila is looking for Talent Acquisition professionals (pref. with Recruitment or BPO background) to support the recruitment and talent acquisition functions of our clients and stakeholders, across different industries and geographic locations.

Specific job roles are:
- Coordinators for Sourcing or Recruitment Administration
- Specialist for Sourcing or Recruitment Administration
- Principal for Sourcing or Recruitment Administration
- Leadership roles including Team Leaders, Managers and Senior Managers

Good command of the English language – both oral and written
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- For the Sourcing or Recruiter Opportunities: Experience using specialist techniques (i.e. Boolean Searching, X-Ray Searching) to source candidates through active and passive channels
- For the leadership roles: Experience managing a team, including performance management as well as client and stakeholder management.
