Inventory Custodian

MEGAWIDE CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION is looking for Inventory Custodian

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Checks, receives, coordinates and monitors all materials and other supplies delivered and issued to the plant in order to ensure quality of delivered materials and maintain an adequate supply.
Performs physical inventory and submission of Inventory Report to his immediate superior and Accounting Department for proper reconciliation of company assets.
Checks and validates all materials transaction documents and records in the system prior to transmittal to the Inventory Processor for accurate reporting.
Prepares Material Transfer Form for all stocks being transferred from one site to another in order to ensure accurate posting of material at the warehouse.
Processes Warehouse Requisition Form and submits documents to the Head Office for SAP encoding.
Processes Receiving Report thru Goods Receipt Purchase Order (GRPO) in SAP in order to process payment to suppliers.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Four (4) Year Course or related field
- At least One (1) year working experience in the same field
- Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Quality Report Making
