Titling Staff

Responsible for accepting, filing, safekeeping, and retrieving submitted documents or folders from buyers or Cavite Laguna office based on procedures
Perform regular and orderly updating of buyers’ records for both physical and electronic documents
Prepare Deed of Absolute Sale for Transfer Certificate of Title transfer of Westbrook Finance Corporation or Net Present Value accounts
Prepare and submit required reports to the supervisor on time

Must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
Must be a team player and a fast learner
Eagerness to learn and has initiative
Must be organized and detail-focused
Candidate must have a sense of responsibility and reliability
Amenable to work in Carmona, Cavite
