Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Management prefered but not required.
- have managed implementing selection test and their interpretation.
- Must be very sociable and have developed an extensive network in recruitment.
- Must be able to prepare acceptable candidate assessment reports.
- Must be very confident for interview and on-boarding responsibilities.

Required skills:
- Candidate Sourcing and Resume Screening
- Applicant Call Out/Initial Phone Screening
- Next Level Interview Scheduling
- Targeted Selection Interview
- Background Investigation
- At least one year experience specializing in recruitment (talent Acquisition and Placement)

Willing to assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
