Compliance Research Analyst

The core mission of the Compliance Analyst is review users applications following strict rules, policies and instructions set by the client in compliance of AML, CFT and other regulations.
The Compliance Analyst has to accurately analyze all user information and documents and determine if the application should be accepted, rejected or failed.\

-Escalate cases to Team Leader or client when necessary.
-Accomplish the daily target of high quality user application reviews.
-Completely and accurately write review notes.
-Update internal reports.
-Attend client meetings and training.
-Communicate to user via email to inform user of the result of the review.
-Must be amenable to render overtime based on business needs.
-Provide back-office support to clients.
-Communicate to client and/or to client's costumer via phone, email or chat.
-assist in adhoc work assigned by immediate supervisor.

- Completed at least 2 years in college at any course.
- At least (1) year experience in compliance and KYC review or at least (2) years' BPO inbound voice/email/chat experience in handling international accounts in a costumer service.
- Knowledge and understanding of AML/CFT is preferred.
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
- Must be amenable to graveyard shift.
- Amenable to work in Valero, Ayala, Makati
- Temporary work from home set up.
- Can start ASAP.
