Bookkeeper

We are looking for Bookkeeper(Contractual)

1. Prepare Payment Orders for disbursement of Financing activities and corporate expenditures.
2. File and maintain files of Payment Orders and other accounting records.
3. Prepare Schedules and Request for payment for monthly remittances of:
3.1.1 Documentary Stamp Tax
3.1.2 (contributions and Loans)
3.1.3 Philhealth Contribution
4.1.4 Pag-Ibig (Contributions and Loans)
5.1.5 Mayor's Permit (Quarterly)
4. Prepare schedule and miscellaneous expenses and other schedules as required for Audit;
5. Update and maintain record of miscellaneous Liability Accounts.
6. Prepare monthly report to SSS for contributions and loan payments.
7. Prepare R1 Philhealth quarterly report
8. Encode JVs in the Ledger (Subsidiary Ledger)

Graduate of Accounting
With (1) year relevant experience
