~Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource or equivalent degree.
~Minimum of two (2) years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment and Selection
~Must be knowledgeable in Human Resource Management, Interviewing, Psychological Assessment, Negotiation, MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
~Must have basic understanding in Employment Laws, Labor Laws, and Talent Management
