Accounts Payable Officer

Ensures that company funds are properly managed and maximized and be able to contribute to the attainment of the company’s goals and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitoring and analyzing cash flow to ensure availability and proper allocation of cash
- Preparing check voucher, checks and fund transfer requests
- Developing strategies on foreign exchange, loans and disbursements for maximum cash productivity
- Monitoring market rates on foreign currencies and loans, advising management on cash management strategies
- Facilitating efficient bank transactions
- Ensures all bank-related transactions are attended to and updated in accounting ERP system
- Timely bank reconciliation
- Maintains, organizes and stores financial records and related documents in a timely manner
- Performing other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by management from time to time

Preferred Education, Skills & Experience
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or any related course
- Ideally with at least two (2) years’ experience handling Finance or equivalent
- Good negotiation skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Advanced knowledge in treasury
- Time management skills and setting priorities
- MS Excel knowledge
- Self-sufficient and being able to act with utmost integrity
