Customer Service Representative

For a retail company that produces well-known brand in kitchen and home appliances.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer assistance - product and service concerns
- Build company and brand image through positive customer experience
- Recording, Documentation and Reporting Management Relations

QUALIFICATION:
- Graduate of College degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing and
Communication courses
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service (phone calls, front
desk and emailing) is an advantage
- Can work in Balintawak, Quezon City

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)
