Telemarketer

Union Motor Corporation along with its affiliates are looking for people to hire

- Fresh Graduates or Graduate of any 4-year courses
- With or without related experience
- WIlling to be assigned at any of our branches

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Obtain, collate, and maintain a continously growing client database.
2. Daily schedule of proactive calls to prospective customers.
3. Maintain record names, addresses, contact numbers and reactions of prospect contacted.
4. Have customers agreed scheduled for services.
5. Gather possible concern of customers scheduled in order to have advance information for our S.A/ BP S.A.
6. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
7. Maintin quality service by following organizational standards.
8. Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports required by Service Manager.
9. Follow other telemarketing task (Customer Service and feedback as directed by management).
10. Other tasks may be assigned by superior.
