Sales Executive

The Sales Executive (Fuso) is responsible in selling Fuso Vehicle only. Ensures the excellent customer satisfaction is being met.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Endorse and promotes Fuso Vehicle. Ensures monthly units target is being met accordingly.
- Attends product launch, product knowledge training / seminar whether in-house and/ or facilitated by the Fuso.
- Attends on all mall display schedule and conducts saturation to gain prospects.
- Performs actual demonstration of unit such as walk around presentation.
- Ensures that all related matter is discussed to the prospect and clients accordingly.
- Presents updated vehicle variants such as model changes and upgrades. Informs customer on vehicle promo, updated price and discounts on all Fuso Products.
- Assists the client in the final vehicle delivery procedures. Endorses to concerned departments on matters regarding after-sales service.
- Ensures that the sales standard operating procedure is being followed accordingly.
- Prepares the daily sales activity report on sales accounts and transactions and Submit to immediate superior.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned within the scope of responsibilities.
