Purchasing Runner

WE ARE LOOKING FOR: PURCHASING RUNNER

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Canvasses parts not available on hand in Parts Department.
2. Submit canvass result to the concerned Purchasing Staff.
3. Purchases items that are urgently needed.
4. Buys and Picks up parts or any item required.
5. Delivers parts concerned branches where needed.
6. Processes shipping docs and provides assistance to Sales & Dispatching personnel for vehicles inbound for Visayas and Mindanao.
7. Coordinates with other departments for purchasing items per sample.
8. Performs other task that may be assigned by superior.
