Logistics Manager

The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is tasked to ensure that the supply chain is efficient and effective throughout the organization. The position is responsible for all Distribution Centers, ensuring that each one is operated and maintained according to set standards. Key Result Areas of this position include Inventory Management, Fleet Management, Delivery Accuracy, Cost to Deliver and 5S of Good Housekeeping.

EDUCATION
College Graduate; with bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other related course.

WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years’ experience in Warehouse & Logistics operation as Supervisor. FMCG experience is an advantage

- Good grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles
- Keen attention to details and highly organized
- Some knowledge of Work and Space Planning
- Knows Good Warehousing Practices and 5S Principles
- Knows Basic Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Familiar with Warehousing and Logistics ERPs
- Good written and verbal Communication and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge in data analysis and demand forecasting
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Time and Stress Management skills
- Exemplary People Handling Skills; good motivator and coach
