IOS Developer

The ideal candidate will be able to jump right into a software engineering role with focus on iOS. We’re looking for a strong character who is very assertive and articulates technology well. This person needs to understand the buzzwords not just say / use them. This person should have a focus on performance and needs to know how to build a complete application. They should have a passion in learning new technologies, innovate and collaborate with other developers.

The candidate should be passionate, hardworking and a dedicated (PHD) team player. The ability to work individually on a project or in a team with high quality results at time must be a given. High self-motivation, self-organization, & persistence with desire to outperform is key to excel at this role.

Requirements
● Experience with Objective-C. SWIFT experience is a plus
● Strong understanding of iOS software development lifecycle
● Understanding of Restful services
● Experience with Human Touch Interface guidelines
● Experience with Git and AutoLayout
● Experience with XCTest for unit testing
● At least one app in the App Store and experience with publishing apps

Responsibilities
● Be an iOS Developer capable of designing solutions, writing code, testing code, automating test and deployment
● Overall delivery of software components working in collaboration with web and back end development teams
● Collaborating with other technology teams to ensure integrated end-to-end design and integration.
● Enforcing existing process guidelines; drives new processes, guidelines, team rules, and best practices.
● Mentor and raise the game or teammates in all areas.
● Full participation in the Agile Scrum process (supported by JIRA) including speaking up and giving your opinion
● Ready, willing, and able to pick up new technologies and pitch in on story tasks (design, code, test, CI/CD, deploy, etc)
● Able to research and learn new methodologies and technologies and bring knowledge to the team
● Build awesome software solutions
● Develop, maintain, and implement a broad range of web and mobile based client tools including Web Application, Content Management Systems, Dashboards and custom applications
● Attention to detail; we like to do it right the first time

● Bachelor in Computer Sciences or related
● Minimum 3 years of experience developing iOS applications
● Minimum 1 year experience using and integrating with RESTful APIs
