Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor leads the Executions Team and will focus on providing excellent executions of campaigns involving digital events, activations, sampling, and events efforts of Clients.

Duties:
- Leads the Executions Team in understanding and execution of client requirements ensuring excellent project executions on any platform.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology and trends and work closely with the production team and management to develop projects and ideas for clients.
- Lead and oversees day-to-day communication and end-to-end project deliverables with internal teams.
- Highlight any issues and strive to resolve them.
- Leads the team in developing estimates, resourcing needs (materials and suppliers) and creation of project timelines.
- Manages the distribution of workload to internal and external team members.
- Reviews cost estimates and manage budget and resources to ensure project profitability.
- Ensure quality of work deliverable with internal team and clients.
- Responsible for the training and development of project management team.
- Evaluates and conducts appraisal of team members.
Participates in the activities involving the management team.

- Graduate of any course, preferably related to Advertising, Communication Arts, Business, Management, Marketing Management
- At least five (5) years’ experience as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager in BTL or any related industry.
- Has extensive knowledge of BOTH event execution AND activation.
- Good portfolio of executed projects.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience leading at least 2 to 3 personnel.
