Sales Specialist

- Engage in simultaneous and multiple promotion and selling (hunting and farming; upselling and cross-selling), in a consultative manner, of Telecommunications BU’s portfolio - within assigned product and services range, client accounts, geographic area to achieve sales targets.
- Lead marketing activities to generate opportunities, create awareness and demands on Telecommunications BU’s product and services.
- Organize meetings and requirements discovery with potential customers/partners to uncover their needs and support selection of correct product or service.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned client accounts with patience, understanding, empathy and attentiveness to increase retention.
- Respond to client questions about products, uses and terms.
- Achieve and maintain high customer experience ratings.
- Secure offer preparations (Technical-from Solutions Design Team and Commercial) and follow up client orders.
Facilitate the involvement of other Telecommunications BU personnel when needed including support resources.
- Collaborate on selling strategies and industry trends with peers.
- Compile and maintain regular reports such as forecasts, market and client information and competition analysis.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Participate in continuous training and maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, products and services.
- Monitor applicable laws, regulations, technologies and communicate their perceived impact to the organization, business and clients.
- Attend conventions and conferences to be abreast and up-to-date with frameworks, applicable laws, regulations, technologies, vulnerabilities and assess and communicate the impact to the organization and its practices.
- Interact and manage good relationship with internal and external stakeholders.

- Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably with Sales and Product experience
