Customer Service Representative

- Handling incoming and making follow-up outbound calls as needed.
- Daily call volume would be between 25-100 calls per day depending on the type of call being made.
- During these calls, the agent would be collecting or confirming basic contact information and then performing a - 5-15 minute consultation to confirm if the call is eligible for the legal service they inquired about when contacting the company.
- All consultations would be performed using Salesforce and a flow is provided to guide the agents from everything to record creation, outbound call lists to the consultations questions themselves.
- The agent would need to be willing to learn the subject matter and technical solutions to provide the consultations proficiently.
- They would also need to display empathy and provide each caller with a satisfactory customer experience.

- 3+ years of Customer Service experience in a BPO setup
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is an advantage!
- Must be amenable to work on a graveyard schedule (EST)
- Can work on-site: Mall of Asia, Pasay City
