Receiving Assistant

- The position is responsible for monitoring all the goods’ movement; including food and beverage, stationery, other operating equipment etc, in and out of the hotel and ensure that they are properly recorded.
- To ensure that any goods coming into the hotel have been properly ordered and met the product specification, quality, and price.
- To encode sales invoices in Materials Control (MC) Inventory System before submitting the receiving reports to Cost Control office
- To ensure that goods are promptly moved to Stores or the concerned department once received.

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Hospitality or related filed
- Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently in a fast paced environment
