Business Unit Head

• Manages and supervises the entire Sales and Service team
· Ensures proper management of labor and equipment resources to cover all customer needs and maximizes utilization objectives
· Formulates strategic plans to meet service and sales revenue
· Solves operational concerns raised by his subordinates
· Updates and trains his subordinates on current practices that were implemented in terms of service and sales
· Evaluates performance of his teammates and recommends appropriate actions to his Superior to improve the skills of his people.
· Approves all overtime rendered, financial claims (eg. liquidations, reimbursements), and other types of requisition that his teammates might make
· Formulates and recommends strategies to management to improve the department’s performance
· Reports all violations committed by his team to the concerned department for proper disposition
· Reviews all concluded projects/job orders made by his team
· Attends client’s meetings as needed
· Monitoring and replenishment of units and parts inventory.
· Close communication with FG Wilson Partner.
· Handles and processes warranty claims of Dealers (Nationwide Operation)
· Communicate and prepare a sales and technical report on the development side
· Conduct Sales and Technical training
· Perform Product knowledge orientation on Account Managers
· Assist in Machine Testing and Commissioning
· Acts as the department’s representative in the management committee meetings
· Performs other duties that the immediate head may assign from time to time

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
· Preferably Manager specialized in Sales and product support of Generator Industry
· At least 4 or more years of management and market analysis experience within the generator industry
· Excellent English Communication, Business Correspondence, and Presentation Skills
· Must have a valid Driver’s License
