Appointment Setter

An appointment setter is responsible for contacting potential customers and scheduling appointments for his or her company. An appointment setter will work closely with one colleague or a team of other employees to ensure that the company’s clients are happy and receive the best service.

An applicant should be
1. Medically fit to work on the graveyard shift
2. Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and even holidays
3. Able to travel/commute - no issues working onsite at our site in Ortigas Center Pasig City.
4. Excellent English communication skills verbal and written..
5. With a typing speed of 35 WPM.
6. Proven experience in the position or role applied for. At least 1-year work experience in an international call center.
7. Working knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
8. Passed the assessment test.
9. Plus other qualifications/requirements specific to the position applied for is met
