Customer Service Representative

Multitude Global Services is urgently hiring!

NON-VOICE Customer Service Representatives to start IMMEDIATELY.

Multitude operates 3 brands of digital banking institutions in Europe, Canada, United States and Australia that aims to change the landscape of financial services allowing easy access for consumers.

We are looking for chat/email support members to respond to general queries, payment inquiries and support customers get a loan or avail of our banking products.

This is a HYBRID WORK SET-UP. 3 days work at home, 2 days in the office. - You WILL BE REQUIRED to come to our office (Temporary is in IT PARK, but our future permanent office is going to be in MACTAN NEWTOWN)

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE.

- At least one year customer service experience in the BPO
- Can communicate very well in English
- Very Adaptable to Technology
- Can type fast

-High School and Senior High Applicants are accepted AS LONG AS they have prior experience in another BPO Company.
