Sales Assistant

Northgate Technologies, Inc. is in urgent need of SALES ASSISTANT.

- Graduate of any 4 year Business course
- Proficient in writing/ speaking English Language
- Knowledge in sales/ selling prospecting clients
- Develops clear and effective written proposals
Main duties & Responsibilities:
-will help to locate products for customers, place orders and hold process transactions and keep the sales records and all transactions in proper monitoring and updates such as product availability, quotation updates, PO, SO, order updates and product pricing.
-Receiving call client requests and concerns calls or emails from existing or new clients.
-Updates clients from time to time regarding delivery and placed and order
-Process al new Purchase Orders provided by Sales Manager and/ or customer.
-Research and gather all appropriate informations Order Entry.
-Use company, supplier and client platform to verify pricing and access QC documents
-Enter Sales Order in the company portal correctly.
-Communicate with Sales Manager, another department and customers accordingly.
-Assist customers in providing accurate pricing and availability for clients
-Maintain and update customer records
-Work closely with Accounting Department for payments concerns
-Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepares documents for biddings, accreditations and renewal documents.
-Register deals to disti and manages/monitors registration for renewal.
