F&B Supervisor

Supervise and organize the Food & Beverage functions within the outlets of the hotel in order to maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service, and merchandising to maximize profits. Ensure a positive guest experience, taking ownership of situations and following up on every request.

-A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience at the supervisory level in the hospitality or F&B Industry.
-Strong leadership skills, mature, outgoing & guest-oriented, good communication skills
-Proactive, enthusiastic, strong sense of responsibility and positive thinking
-Able to work independently and under pressure
-Excellent command of spoken and written English
-Shift duty is required and able to work on weekends, and Public Holiday.
