Lifeguard Supervisor

-Ensure Guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool.
-Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to Guests using the facility.
-Ensure all Guests are registered prior to using the pool and are aware of the rules and regulations of the facility.
-Makes sure the swimming pool is clean and constantly monitors swimming pool activity.
-Open the pool each day and close it down each evening, depending on schedule and hours
-Treat the pool with appropriate concentration of chemicals on a regular schedule
-Monitor pool-related activities closely throughout shift and identify any safety issues
-Makes sure the swimming pool is clean and constantly monitors swimming pool activity.
-Direct swimmers out of the pool in hazardous conditions
-Monitor weather reports closely to ensure safety of guests
-Regularly check the temperature of the pool to ensure they are at set standard.
-Provide swimming lessons and swim team coaching when available
-Maintain a clean environment in and around the pool
-Provide assistance to patrons when appropriate or necessary

-Qualified with lifeguard and first aid certificate
-Excellent swimmer with Basic Schooling
-First Aid and CPR certifications
-To have worked in hotels before as lifeguard skills and knowledge
-2+ years’ lifeguard experience preferred
