Elevator Technician

-Implement preventive maintenance measures
-Maintain Mechanical and Electrical Equipment
-Locate equipment or materials in need of repair or replacement
-Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
-Ability to trouble shoot common issues that may arise at the jobsite
-Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
-Perform other maintenance duties as requested

-Candidate must be at least High School Graduate or Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate
-Ability to read electrical wiring diagram
-Open to applicants with less than 2 years of experience in Maintenance or equivalent
-TESDA NC II holders in Electrical Installation and Maintenance is an advantage
-Able to work well with minimal supervision
-Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
-Knowledge in Motor Control is an advantage
-Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
