Project Coordinator

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
Effectively applies methodology and enforces project standards
Minimizes our exposure and risk on project
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
· Ensuring profit margins are achieved

· Responsible for delivering the project on time and within budget

· Coordinates to the technical team and the customer to provide agreed deliverables within the identified timeline

· Responsible for customer satisfaction levels

· Required to perform accurate project documentation

· Work with Project Leads for an efficient project schedule and plan with financial, resource, and material requirements

· Perform other duties that may assigned by the officers of the company from time to time

· Bachelor’s degree programs in Electronics and Communications Engineering, IT, Computer Engineering or any related courses

· At least 1 year experience as Project Coordinator/ Project Manager in a Telecom Project

· With Supervisory experience

· Experience in handling at least three (3) teams

· Excellent team player

· Possess very good presentation skills and adept in MS Office and Visio

· Can work under stressful situations

· Strong planning and organizational skills combined with the task and time management skills

· Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English

· Must be self-starters and possess decision making abilities
