HR Officer

• Administer the payroll and company-initiated benefits program (e.g. government mandated benefits, leave policies, incentives, HMO, etc.)
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Ensure accurate and on time process of the payroll
• Process remittances of SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and Withholding Tax and necessary deductions
• Assist the HR Manager to develop and manage the Company’s salary structure
• Knowledgeable on legislation, trends, updates, advances and/or new technology and makes recommendations for changes and improvements in the compensation system
• Assist on other HR facets from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management and its equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
