Sales & Marketing officer

-Responsible for the renewal of Operations and Maintenance Contracts 2 months before the expiration of existing contracts
-Prepare and submit O&M proposals for new Sewage Treatment Plants Projects
-Search and Identify new opportunities for O&M and monitor status
-Close O&M contracts to achieve the assigned annual target
-Follow company procedures for sales & marketing for leads & opportunities, qualification and proposal development
-Collaborate with other departments (Engineering & Design, Process, Pricing, etc) when needed in order to accomplish the proposal development for O&M
-Close coordination for pending billings
-Adhere to company policies and procedures

-Must be a Graduate of Chemical Engineering/Sales & Marketing or equivalent
-Proficient in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
-With good negotiation skills
-Customer service skills
-Able to meet deadline on time
