Growsari is currently looking for Field Collections Supervisor!

-Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Legal Management, Business Administration or any related course
-At least 3-5 years of relevant credit and collections experience with good track record
-Goals and result oriented: Tack record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth, start up environment.
-Effective in engaging and influencing Collection team members to achieve targets
-Start up experience: Candidate with start-up experience is preferred
-Good knowledge and comfortable use of modern device
-Willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays
-Amenable to work in various warehouses, specifically in QC (CAMANAVA), TY (Rizal/Pasig), CM Warehouse
Work. Able, 2/F Robinsons Zeta Tower, C5 Road, Quezon City.
