• Receives, confirms and validates sales orders from external and internal customers through phone calls and electronic messages.
• Ensures completeness of delivery details.
• Seeks approval for special orders.
• Encodes all orders correctly to the SAP System within the day with PO receipt.
• Confirms reasons for backload orders.
• Generates picklist in the SAP System.
• Check stock status on shared file.
• Handles and resolves customers requests, inquiries and complaints via text/chat, mail or phone.
• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
• Discipline and results-oriented.
• Has the ability to remain calm and take quick, sensible action.
• Can work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in SAP system.
• FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.
