Credit & Collection Officer

• Obtain approval from Management.
• Prepare Documents needed for billing.
• Transmits Billing to Sales Agent, Customers and Collectors.
• Monitors document pending for billing.
• Monitors Overdue Accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales Agent or Customer any credit and collection concern.
• Prepare Statement of Accounts.
• Receives and validates Collection.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Business Course Graduate or other related courses.
• With 2 years’ experience on the same field.
• Keen to details.
• Good computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good in analytical skills.
• Knowledgeable in using SAP ERP is an advantage.
