Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:
-Reconciling transactions and identifying discrepancies
-Drafting and editing financial presentations
-Participating in monthly, quarterly and annual audits
-maintaining and improving the organizations bookkeeping process
-tracking expenses and and evaluating budgets
-Posting of financial data to accounts
-handling communications between organization and clients
-Performing basic tasks like filing, data entry and mail processing

-Graduate of BSA/BS in Accountancy
-With work experience relating to the field is an advantage
-Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors
-Proficient in MS Office
-With organization and leadership skills
-Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
