Marketing Assistant • English bilingual

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Assistant who will help our clients with their daily operations, business, and personal-related tasks. You will be working with an exciting startup organization of eager and young professionals who are hungry for growth and opportunities!

The Role

-Create and send weekly affiliate updates
-Research new affiliate partners (using the tool Grovia. io or similar)
-Brand trademark terms enforcement (using the tool Brandverity or similar)
-Research & resolve disputed orders in our affiliate platform (using Commission Junction or similar)
-Audit programming and update assets as needed - client to provide training and/or standards for audit comparisons
-Audit affiliate accounts (example health check for payouts, competitive ranking, performance gaps to identify opportunities that are being missed)

MUST-HAVE:

-3+ years of affiliate marketing experience
-1+ years of partnership management experience (direct contact w/ partners)
-Experience using Grovia. io or similar
-Experience using Commission Junction or similar
-Advanced experience with Impact Radius or similar tool
-Advanced experience with Brandverity or similar tool
-Intermediate experience with Google Sheets/Excel
-Amendable to work on a graveyard shift

NICE-TO-HAVE:

-Experience with a DTC company (health care a plus!)
