Digital Marketing Analyst • English bilingual

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst for our growth marketing team. This teammate creates reports and dashboards from pulled-out data on various social media platforms and websites. Furthermore, data investigation, insights, and recommendations will also be provided by this teammate promptly, ensuring the report’s accuracy.

The Role

-Build custom reports and dashboards in MS Excel / Google Sheets upon request
-Analyze data sets and provides basic summaries and trend analysis
-Summarize findings in small reports and/or daily or weekly updates
-Data entry, investigation, and QA (i.e., sorting, scrubbing, tagging, cleaning, de-dupping)
-Write SOPs / technical guides for data sources and views as needed

-3+ years of experience with MS Excel / Google Sheets with intermediate to advanced knowledge is a must-have
-Experience analyzing and reporting on large sets of data from various sources (i.e., google analytics, search console, similarweb, semrush, FB business manager) is a must-have
-Demonstrated ability in creating customs views and graphs in MS Excel is a must-have
-Intermediate to proficient knowledge and experience in Google Analytics is a must-have
-Experience with Slack and Gmail for internal communication is a nice-to-have
-Preferably with experience on Looker, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other similar BI tools
Should be highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and timely with deliverables
-Understand the Marketing metrics on the digital platform
-Knowledgeable of paid social media channels
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Can work on the graveyard shift following any US time zones
