E-Commerce Marketing Specialist • English bilingual

Work remotely in an e-commerce company based in the US! Your role is to assist the marketing team in their efforts to market their ecommerce store in both shopify and amazon platform as well as perform administrative duties such as updating the product list, order fulfillment and troubleshooting issues.

The role

Administrative - You will be working on organizing, preparing, coordinating and managing various tasks and documents to support operations.

Marketing - You will help create, manage and optimize amazon listings, manage deals and coupons, curate and develop creative assets for marketing campaigns and moderate reviews, social media page, and user generated content.

Reporting - You will analyze digital performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate, click-through rate, attribution modeling, etc..

Communication - You respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text when unexpected trends or errors are detected, scheduling team meetings

-Must have 2+ years of experience with Shopify and/or Amazon
-Must have 2+ years of experience analyzing performance marketing metrics
-Must be proficient with utilizing google sheets including formulas and functions
-Must have experience managing facebook and facebook shops
-Must have light editing skills using canva, adobe photoshop or similar
-Must have experience creating process documentation
-Must have experience with google analytics
-Must have experience with Amazon PPC
Light HTML experience (adding hyperlinks, UTCs, etc.) preferred
-Pixlee experience preferred
-Must be able to work in Eastern US time
-Must have excellent english communication skills
-Must possess organizational skills, proactiveness, responsiveness and willingness to learn
