Sales Development Representative • English bilingual

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Sales Development Representative for our growth marketing team. This teammate assists Account Executives in qualifying leads, booking meetings, sales administration, and pipeline management in a CRM for outreach activities.

The Role

-Manage daily agenda (i.e., top of the day email, daily meeting preparation, task reminders)
-Assist in scraping and qualifying leads through research and email exchange
-Assist with various follow-up tasks (webinars outreach)
-Enrich and decorate CRM data as needed
-Create CRM sequences for mass outreach and follow up
-Manage outreach to warm prospects that have yet to book calls with Account Executives
-Track outreach activities, goals, and targets within HubSpot
-Escalate prospect inquiries as needed
-Book meetings on sales calendars as needed

-Must have 2+ years of experience with SDR outreach activities, both in verbal and written communications
-Must have 1+ years with HubSpot CRM (or similar tool) for data management and sequence building
-Should have experience with Apollo. io or Lusha (or similar tool) for prospecting and list building
-Should have experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience (or similar tool) for outreach and research
-Demonstrated experience achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals is a must-have
-Experience with Gmail and Slack for internal communications is preferred
-Excellent/Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Can work on the graveyard shift following any US time zones
