Audit Staff

Responsibilities:
-Conducting Audit Fieldwork: Perform detailed examination of financial records, statements, and documents to assess compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
-Testing Internal Controls: Evaluate the effectiveness and reliability of internal controls within an organization, including financial reporting controls, operational controls, and compliance controls.
-Analyzing Financial Data: Review financial transactions, records, and statements to identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential fraud. Analyze financial data to assess accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting principles.
-Documenting Audit Findings: Prepare audit workpapers, documenting procedures performed, findings, and conclusions reached during the audit process. Maintain organized and comprehensive records of audit evidence.
-Providing Recommendations: Identify areas of improvement and make recommendations to enhance internal controls, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation. Present audit findings and suggestions to management or other relevant stakeholders.
-Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies to ensure adherence throughout the organization. Advise management on compliance issues and assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks.
-Conducting Interviews: Interview personnel at various levels within the organization to gather information, clarify facts, and obtain explanations related to audit objectives. Maintain professionalism and objectivity during interviews.
-Supporting Audit Planning: Contribute to the development of audit plans, including risk assessment, scoping, and scheduling. Assist in the identification of key audit areas and the determination of appropriate audit procedures.
-Following Audit Standards: Adhere to professional audit standards, guidelines, and ethical principles while conducting audit engagements. Keep up-to-date with changes in auditing practices and regulations.
-Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with other audit team members to share information, discuss audit progress, and coordinate efforts. Provide assistance and guidance to junior staff members when required.

-Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or related field.
-At least 1 year experience in equivalent field
-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
-Relevant internal control or risk management experience
-Exceptional research, planning, problem-solving, critical thinking and math skills
-Proficiency with computers, especially software and MS Office
-High level of proficiency, accuracy, integrity, and attention to details
