Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to meet the company's objectives.
-Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitors' activities.
-Analyze data and insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
-Plan and coordinate marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content creation, and advertising.
-Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
-Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials.
-Monitor and optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience to increase traffic and engagement.
-Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline processes and track campaign effectiveness.
-Manage and maintain the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers.
-Track and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources.

-Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post graduate Diploma, Master's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management Marketing, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent
-with 1 to 2 years extensive experience in the related field
-Background in eCommerce and/or those related to electronic products is a definite advantage
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
-Knowledgeable in Media Planning/Buying and implementation
