- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Proven experience in project cost estimation, documentation, Gantt chart creation, subcontractor management, and progress report.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and practices.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software, Gantt chart software, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to be assigned to different site locations as required by project needs.
