Responsibilities:

-Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and psychological health, documenting findings accurately and timely.
-Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patients' needs, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and effective care delivery.
-Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed, monitoring patients' responses and reporting any adverse reactions or changes in condition.
-Monitor and interpret vital signs, laboratory results, and diagnostic reports, promptly escalating any abnormalities to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
-Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques, empowering them to actively participate in their healthcare journey.
-Assist physicians and surgeons during examinations, procedures, and surgeries, maintaining a sterile and safe environment.
-Effectively communicate and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
-Document all patient interactions, interventions, and outcomes accurately and comprehensively in electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
-Maintain a current knowledge of evidence-based practices, advancements in medical-surgical nursing, and relevant policies and procedures, actively participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
