HR Manager

- Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs
- Review individual and organizational development needs
- Deploy different kinds of learning methods٫ such as coaching٫ job-shadowing٫ online / virtual training
- Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops, other trainings and engagement activities
- Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Collaborate with managers to develop team competencies
- Oversee L&D budgets and negotiate (renegotiate) service agreements related to learning & development
- Organize hiring and training activities
- Supervise L&D Specialists and Associates
- Conducts over-all management of the recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding).
- Prepares employee contracts, employee movement letters and other correspondence related to HR
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the HR Director from time to time.

- 2+ years’ experience working as L&D Manager٫ Training Manager or other relevant positions
- Significant experience with proven skills in effective learning, development methods, and facilitation
- Experience in project management
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices
- Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills٫ with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors;
- Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking
- Passionate about helping people learn and grow
- Possesses excellent / superior communication skills
- Related experience in designing e-learning courses and managing budgets
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Business٫ Psychology or other related areas.
