Accounting Clerk

• Perform specific accounting functions such as processing of accounts payables, accounts receivables and/or bank reconciliations
• Provide accounting and clerical support to Accounting Department
• Ensure proper, accurate and timely processing of accounting documents
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Functions in accordance with the established standards, procedures and applicable laws
• Perform related work assignment

• Candidates must posses atleast a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position
• Proven accounting experience, handling accounts receivable or accounts payable
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and familiarity with the basic accounting procedures
• Experience in using Quickbooks is a plus
