Inventory Assistant

-As an Inventory Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements, ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse or storage facility.
-Collaborate with the procurement team to coordinate the ordering and receipt of inventory, as well as inspecting incoming shipments for quality and quantity accuracy.
-Perform regular stock counts and audits to identify discrepancies, and assist in implementing efficient inventory management practices to optimize stock control and minimize wastage.
-Utilize inventory management software and systems to track inventory levels, generate reports, and forecast future inventory needs based on demand and sales patterns.
-Support the inventory manager in conducting periodic stock analysis and implementing strategies to improve inventory turnover and overall efficiency of the supply chain.

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/ Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or any related courses
-Computer literate
-Must be detail-oriented
-With strong leadership
-Experience in Cashiering is advantage
-Inclined in Sports is an advantage
