HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
~ Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests
~ Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
~ Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing and interviewing candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts
~ Perform orientations and update records of new employee
~ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
~ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
~ Assist in employee engagement activities
~ Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

~ Degree in human resources, psychology, or similar
~ With at least 1 year of experience of related experience
~ Effective HR administration and people management skills
~ Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
~ Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Google Workspace, Autocrat, Canva, and related business and communication tools.
~ Fantastic organizational and time management skills
~ Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
~ Meticulous attention to detail
~ Ability to accurately follow instructions
