Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas.
-Supervise and train housekeeping staff, establishing clear guidelines for cleaning procedures and standards.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintain efficient inventory of cleaning supplies.
-Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free and sanitized environment for both guests and employees.
-Continuously monitor and evaluate housekeeping performance, striving to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
