We are looking for the following positions to be assigned in our soon to open 4-Star Hotel in Legazpi City.

Position: Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate front desk operations to ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
-Train and support front office staff in providing excellent customer service and handling guest inquiries.
-Monitor and manage room reservations to optimize occupancy and revenue.
-Resolve guest issues and concerns promptly, escalating complex matters to the appropriate management level if needed.
-Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities and guest interactions.
