We are looking for the following positions to be assigned in our soon to open 4-Star Hotel in Legazpi City.

Position: Front Office Associate

Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner upon their arrival.
-Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and providing assistance with any guest inquiries.
-Manage phone calls and reservations, responding promptly to guest requests and maintaining reservation records.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services, including housekeeping and maintenance.
-Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
