We are looking for the following positions to be assigned in our soon to open 4-Star Hotel in Legazpi City.

Position: Receptionist

Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome hotel guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
-Check-in and check-out guests, managing reservations and room assignments.
-Respond to phone calls and emails, providing information about hotel services and facilities.
-Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a positive experience.
-Assist with administrative tasks such as guest registration, billing, and maintaining the front desk area.
