We are looking for the following positions to be assigned in our soon to open 4-Star Hotel in Legazpi City.

Position: Chef De Partie

Responsibilities:
-Support the sous chef and head chef in preparing and plating dishes, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
-Take charge of a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring all items are prepared and served efficiently during busy periods.
-Assist in menu planning and recipe development, offering creative input to enhance the culinary offerings.
-Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards, adhering to all kitchen regulations and guidelines.
-Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment, and assist in managing inventory and kitchen supplies.
